At Lynavia, we understand that you may need to modify or cancel your order after placing it. Please review our cancellation policy below.
⏱ Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed.
After this period, your order may already be processed or prepared for shipment, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
📦 Orders Already Processed or Shipped
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
In this case, you may still return the item once received by following our Return & Refund Policy.
💳 Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed time frame, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
